just a quick poll.. me none at the moment.. just eat fruits whenever i can... bananas, prunes, papayas, mangga muda ;D what about u?

m taking supplements... jamu saya alahan... herbs ok.. good but, lazy to boil... vit... normally... terlupa nak amik.. veges.. my favourite.. but during working day, difficult to find fresh n healthy veges..

too busy to eat healthy sometimes..sometimes i forgot to eat.. vitamin C and multivitamin helps a lot..i get less athma attack when i eat em regularly..

not dependent of any supplements, but i do take vits esp vit c, sungguh pon gitu, slalu je lupa nak amik for daily purpose la.
rutin minum air kosong bebanyak jela...ehehe

i pun same cam tempe, mesti minum air kosong (yg bertapis) kena cukup 8 gelas..kalau tak terasa letih woo

me..tak de displin, but take once while( when i remember)..i take herbal dong quai n EPO pill, but now trying to lose weight so.. a diet programme and supplement for lady (well being ) well...couple days just started, so guys! watch out for me ok! whoops! forgot none of u know me...except gossipgurl

OH..i take a lot, vitamins, mineral, tradisional medicine, and Health Supplements.. But i always too lazy or forget to take it

I take both vitamins and supplements but I do agree that fresh fruits&veggies, exercise and drinking plenty of water are the best. ;D

vitamin lani too much ................. kadang tak leh caye ............. lots of drugs tapi ku tibai gak............................ segala entah serbuk jamu yang dok jual tu lagi takde ape panduan yang boleh dipegang......... tapi ramai yang sapu beli yek health suuplement akar herba fruits n daunan yang tu kena pengamalan thats way people banyaknye go to vitamin rajin makan tak rajin tinggal yang ibu susu org dok ramai jual tu camne? tapi ni semua kos tinggi yo................

at this moment ...none... i guess i'll start when i'm pregnant.....or maybe after givin birth....or maybe after 4 childrens....or maybe when i'm 40...or maybe whe i'm sick....or never..... man....dun luv those.....
