An online meeting was held for the existing protem comm members to elect the proper PROTEM EXCO committee on 12/01/07 (Friday). The objective was to elect key members to manage the activities of the club until the official registraton of the club after which a proper election will be held for ALL members to elect their representatives in the club. The meeting was attended by all 3 advisors of the club and some core members. Several core members had a proxy representation as well and voted by telephone. (This can be confirmed).
Aryna & Zaidah (Morningdew) were nominated to be President of the club. The most suitable candidate was Kak Aryna but she strictly refused and wanted to remain as just advisor. Zaidah also refused to be President but finally relented after much persuasion from the comm members as she got the majority votes.
Rienn and Kak Aryna were then voted in as VP (Vice Presidents). Again Kak Aryna restated that she would only like to serve as an advisor. We sincerely hope Aryna will reconsider and remain as VP.
As for our new club President, we wish her all the best, and hope everyone will give her the utmost support, and allow her the patience to get things done and proove herself worthy of the position. Please note that she has the endorsement of all 3 advisors.
We did not have time to formalise the rest of the EXCO, but our President will organise that shortly.
Those who have any objections to the above appointments, please feel free to voice your opinions. But please also get the complete picture before making any judgements.
All quiries will be anwered accordingly. Please note that this is only the PROTEM committee. The proper committee will be voted in later upon the completion of official club registrations and the constitution formalised.

terima kasih kepada semua yang telah undi i.. thank u sooo much.. idak la pulak ku sangka jadi begini.. InsyaAllah i will try my best to do what ever i can.. to all my future committees, if ada yang salah or silap.. jangan biar i tenggalam.. tegur la mana yang salah n silap.. bak kata pak lah.. berkerja dengan saya bukan berkerja untuk saya
