hurm...penah dgr ttg gamat tak? ada kesan sampingan tak ah? vee msk je thn bau ni tetiba byk sgt tumbuh 'cendawan2' kat muka.... pastu try guna gamat punye produk...jd kering semcm je muka,...mmbr kata mmg camtu,tp tkt lah plak...entah la...

nak share experience ni..=) ekceli tak perlu nak bli produk tuk kuruskan badan..buang duit n masa je,bila tak menjadi just buat rasa kecewa..sy rasa bagi sesapa yang nak kuruskan badan just control mkn n exersice...dulu berat saya 55kg n skrg dah 48kg,apa yg saya amalkan just kurangkan makan bnda berlemak, banyakkan makanan yg high protein..mksdnya banyakkan mkn ikan dari ayam..n plg ptg sayur2an n buah2an..yala,asyik makan je pn tak bgs gak..klo perut tak lawas ble kumpul toksik dlm bdn..so ambik buah2an n sayur2an k..!!klo ambik pil kurus tapi tak control mkn pn x guna gak kn..=)..try gi berenang,terbukti dapat kuruskan bdn or gi berbasikal..cpt bakar ur kalori...n selain tue kurangkan tdo n jgn tdo berlebihan,bagi yang Islam,after smbhyg subuh jgn lah sambung tdo lagi..better bangun n buat keja umah,bagi yang still student ble stdi..=) semoga berjaya..!!
