Let's twist again When a doctor gets sick and another doctor doctors him, does the doctor doing the doctoring have to doctor the doctor the way the doctor being doctored wants to be doctored, or does the doctor doing the doctoring of the doctor, doctor the doctor as he wants to do the doctoring? The doctoring doctor has to doctor the way he wants to doctor, rather than following the doctor being doctored's ways of wanting how to be doctored. If not, it would be better for the doctor being doctored to doctor himself. ;D

In my English-as-a-second-language class, i explain the difference between a watch and a clock. I told the students then when it is a large time piece on a wall and not attached to your body, it is called a clock. When it is worn on your body, its called a watch. A few days later, we had a power failure. Our classroom clocks had not been reset, so i asked Amin, who was wearing a wrist-watch, for the time. Amin looked at his wrist, and then confidently answered, "It's exactly ten o'watch!".

Abstract Noun
"An abstract noun," the teacher said, " is something you can think of, but you can't touch. Can any one give an example of one?"
"My father's Perdana!" called out someone from the back.

English Grammar
A teacher of English at certain school spent a lot of time marking grammatical error in her students' written work. She was not sure how much impact she was having until one day, as she sat at her desk rubbing her head, a student asked, "What's wrong, Cikgu?"
"Tense," she replied, describing her emotional state.
After a short pause, the student tried again. "What WAS the matter? What HAS BEEN the matter? What MIGHT HAVE BEEN the matter?"
